Eric joined Swartz + Associates, Inc. as a senior property tax analyst in November of 2017. Eric’s previous work experience includes over 3,500 appraisal hours and is a certified general real estate appraiser in Missouri and Kansas.
His experience is beneficial in the review of property tax valuations for our clients due to his familiarity of valuation techniques in the appraisal process. His assignments have included valuation analysis, fair market rent studies and feasibility studies of commercial real estate.
Eric also brings experience as an account manager and marketing representative, giving him great insight and experience in working with our current client base.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Missouri State University where he also excelled playing football achieving 2nd Team All-Conference honors in multiple years. He is currently active as a volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters as well as the Kansas City Appraisal Institute.
