Swartz + Associates, Inc. (SAI) is a full service property tax firm specializing in the review, analysis and appeals of real and business personal property tax valuations. While focusing primarily on clients in the Midwest, the employees of SAI have experience in property tax matters in almost every state. Additionally, over the years of practice, SAI has developed relationships with brokers and other property tax consultants who can assist, as necessary, in the appeals of properties where local knowledge and/or presence will benefit SAI’s clients in order to achieve maximum results.
